Smart CC

The smart cc feature allows for automatically tracking emails. This works for all emails, including internal and inbound.

Tracking an Email

To track an email, locate the smartCC email address against the company, contact or quote that it is relevant to and click on the address to copy it.

Add the address into the CC field in Outlook and send the email.

Viewing Tracked Emails

• The direction Icon shows whether the email is outbound, inbound or internal

  • Arrow to the right - Outbound

  • Arrow down - Inbound

  • Arrows both ways - Internal

• The expand icon () allows you to show the full content of the email.

• The attachments icon () shows the attachments

  • Clicking on the name of the attachment opens a preview ()

  • Clicking the download icon, will download the file.

• The preview icon () brings up a full preview of the email.

• The download icon () will download the raw email file.
