Quotations > New Quote

Creating a new quote requires filling out the required fields in the create form. Once fields are populated, click the Create button.

Field Definitions

Eque2 Reference	4 digit quote reference from Eque2
Monday.com link	Select the quote from the current quotes board in monday.com
Customer	Use the search to find and select a customer.
Customer Contact	Select the contact for the selected customer
Customer Reference	Free text customer reference for this quote
Address Fields	Address for the customer or site.

Use the add address and refresh lists to add addresses and contacts without needing to re-enter all the other field data.

Notes

• The monday.com link allows the Quote Total value to be updated in monday.com as well as syncing any notes created between both systems.

• The customer and customer contact fields are synced from monday.com, if the customer or contact you need is not present, ensure they exist in monday.com and re-trigger the sync.

• Site & Billing addresses are required to create a quote.
