Exporting

Quotes can be exported as PDFs to send to clients. The export feature generates two quote versions, one with prices and one without. All linked files to a quote can also be exported. These are available as .zip files for each file type (image, drawing, datasheet) with an option for 'All'

Generating PDF

  1. On either the quote list or quote preview page, select Download PDF from the Actions dropdown.

  2. Select features to include on the PDF and optionally generate a second PDF with datasheets.

  3. Click Generate and wait while the PDFs are generated. This could take a minute depending on the size of the quote.

  4. Once finished, click on the buttons to download the required version.

Generating Files

  1. On the quote list page, select the Download Files option from the actions dropdown.

  2. Wait while the files are found and compressed in the background.

  3. Select download on the file types you require.
