Product Types

There are three 'types' of product:

• Standard - Part of the core range, these are quoted regularly and have prices updated frequently

• Non-Standard - These are part of our product range, but are less common and not prioritised in updates or pricing.

• Bespoke - These are products created specifically for a client or project - they are mostly custom variations of standard products.

Enter Edit Mode

Click the Manage Product dropdown and select the Enter Edit Mode option. This will display all the editing buttons.

You can exit edit mode, by selecting the Enter Edit Mode option again or, clicking the message that appears below the Manage Product dropdown.

Note that only one user can edit a particular product.

Change Status

Click the Manage Product dropdown and select the Change Status option. Select the required status and click Confirm

Standard Products

Products can be set as standard by selecting the Set as standard product in the Manage Product dropdown.

Unsetting is the same process

Mandatory Install

These products are considered products that we should install ourselves.

This can be set by selecting the Set as Mandatory Install in the Manage Product dropdown.
