Duplicating

Duplicating allows for bespoke products to be created based off a similar product that already exists. These are also know as single-use products as they can only be added to one quote before they are archived. A duplicate product's attributes can be edited or removed to change make it bespoke.

Create Duplicate

  1. Click the Manage Product dropdown and select Duplicate

  2. If the product you're creating will be standard, uncheck Product is Bespoke.

  3. Optionally adjust the core name of the duplicated product.

  4. Click Confirm on the popup.

Editing Attributes

  2. Select Edit against the attribute you wish to change.

  3. Select a different value from the dropdown and click Save

  4. To remove an attribute, click the Remove button and click Confirm on the popup.

Notes

  • Once a duplicate product has been archived (after adding to a quote) it can still be used again by changing the status back to Active.

  • Duplicate products cannot be duplicated further.

  • If an attribute value you require, is not shown, see create Attributes.

  • At least one dimension must be shown in the title.
