Add Product

Details the process of editing a quote.

Lines can be added as standard lines, or as options for an existing line. Option lines are no different to standard lines but are linked and grouped together on the quote.

Add Products

There are three methods for adding products to a quote

From Item management module:

1. You can add a product from the product page using the Manage Product dropdown and selecting Add to Quote.

2. Then on the popup, select the quote you require and enter the quantity before clicking confirm.

Using Search

1. On the edit quote page, scroll to the section titled Add Product

2. Use the searchbar to find products

3. Select the required product from the dropdown of results.

4. Enter the quantity required in the field that appears.

5. Click Add Product button.

Using Filters

1. Use the dropdown below the searchbar to select a category.

2. Do this again for the next two levels of category.

3. Select attributes from the list that appears, you can hold ctrl on your keyboard to select multiple.

4. Filtered results will display on the right, click the Select button next to the required product.

5. Enter the quantity required in the field that appears.

6. Click Add Product button.

Adding options

1. Before clicking Add product, tick the Add product as option box.

2. This will display a select list, select the line/product that you wish to add an option to.

3. Click Add Product.
