Editing Components

Definitions:

• Base Quantity - Quantity of component pulled from the product module (note, this may be different if the quantity has been edited on the quote)

• Total Quantity - Quantity of component including modules, modifiers & timber wastage. You can view a breakdown of these by hovering over the ! icon next to the quantity.

Edit Quantity

1. Click the Edit button at the end of a component line to display editable fields.

2. Enter the required quantity in the field under Base Quantity.

3. Click Save

Changing Supplier

1. Click the Edit button at the end of a component line to display editable fields.

2. If alternative suppliers are available a dropdown will display in the supplier column.

3. Select the required supplier and click Save

Changing Price

1. Add the price against the component in the pricing page (see pricing)

2. Reload the quote page

3. Click the Changes to review button which should display.

4. Find the line which displays the changes you've made.

5. Click Apply on that line, the page will reload with the change applied.
