Line Subtotals and Quote Subtotals

The quote subtotals section has a subtotal configuration section, this allows the shipping & installation values to be set.

Editing

Each subtotal which has change next to it can be edited. Clicking change enables editing on that field

You can then edit or set the value in the field and click Save.

Line Subtotals

These are against each line

Certified Timber

Use if the client has specifically requested FSC or PEFC timber.

Setting this to yes adds an attribute for certified timber and adds extra terms specific to certified timber

Leadtime

Leadtime must be set in a quantity of weeks. It can be a single figure (i.e 4 weeks) or a range (i.e 4-6 weeks)

Shipping Costs

Clicking change for this entry brings up a modal which allows shipments to be created. This allows the costs for shipping to be entered for each supplier.

This selects how the shipping charge is calculated using the shipping %: Item - Percentage of the item subtotal GP - Shipping cost is marked up by the percentage set.

Percentage used by the above calculations.

Include MCD

Shows/hides a section on the quote which states that MCD has been deducted.

Include Installation

Sets up installation on the quote and enables the install configuration

Installation Cost

Sets the cost for the install

Installation GP

Sets the GP for the install, the install cost is marked up by this amount (default 10%)

Installation Contractor

Selects the contractor for the install

Select from user

Allows you to re-assign the owner of the quote - this defines who is the signatory at the end of the quote.
