Shipment Distribution

Covers distributing shipments - accessed through the subtotals config under shipping costs.

Each selected line received a proportionate amount of the shipment according to the total item cost of the line. Exchange calculation and the distributed shipment cost is added before GP is calculated.

If a line cost changes, any other lines also linked to the shipment will update to reflect the accurate proportions.

Add Shipment

• In/Out switch Determines whether the shipment is coming to landmark or to the customer

• From Where the shipment is going from

• Courier Courier for this shipment

Distributing Shipment

Select Distribute from the actions dropdown against the shipment. Select the lines you wish to distribute to - you can hold Ctrl to select multiple. Enter a percentage - This percentage of the shipment cost will be distributed.

Click preview to view the amount distributed to each of the lines you selected - This does not affect anything yet. To confirm and apply, click Confirm
